Earth is represented by the tropical forest, which borders these properties. Air is for those residences directly facing and benefiting from the ocean breezes, and Fire is represented by the vibrant nightlife activities offered in clubs and restaurants.

Playa Blanca’s 1400 condos and 160 homes are centered around the Playa Blanca Hotel, which is ideal for accommodating guests without having to entertain them at your own home. The condos are in two 12-story towers and offer 2 bedrooms, with a balcony to take advantage of the forest, ocean and mountain views around. The model homes, which I viewed, were spacious and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glass in the living area. My one criticism is that the only view from them was of the neighboring home just yards away.
